The Process (for Sellers)
Once an inquiry is received, I will contact you to discuss the specifics of your home (location, general description of the property, etc.) From there an appointment is made. At our first scheduled meeting you will be fully educated on the current real estate market in your area. By using a comparative market analysis we will, together, be able evaluate your home's value and map out the ultimate marketing plan.
Pricing and Condition
Each property holds its own personality and flare. A homeowner's percieved value may not be what the current buyer population is responding to. As in any real estate market, buyer's or seller's market, it will be my job reinforce the fundamentals proven effective throughout the history of real estate...pricing and condition! Part of my job will be to honestly assess your property's condition in preparation to market your home at a realistic price-point. By focusing on the basics your listing will turn to "SOLD" in no time!
The Process (for Buyers)
As you prepare for this once in a lifetime experience, it is critical that you go into the transaction with your eyes wide open. It can be a seamless process if you empower yourself with accurate knowledge right from the start. First assemble your team. It will include myself , a lender, and eventually a title company. This team will be your eyes and ears of the behind the scenes of your future. They should offer insight, and know how without interruption/confusion. Our job as a member of your team is to work with you and counsel you through the decision making required to execute the transaction. Once your intial inquiry is received, I will call you set up an appointment where we can meet to discuss your ideal home puchase plan and how to build the best team to get you there!
